C205 sortie tonight. Max cruised 1.5 sectors to an enemy field because there has been a gigantic full sector dar bar over it for a while. Bish were fighting the Rooks. I figured I'd have a little fun because elsewhere the fighting was lame and timid (vulchers, runners, ack hiders) so I took the fight to the enemy.

I'm trying to conserve gas, doing my best, but the cons I engage just keep angling me further and further inland... I end up almost 3 sectors from the nearest enemy base with 2 enemy bases blocking my egress... I hit a P-51B pretty badly and then broke off to try to sneak around 2 enemy fields swarming against each other (hoping they would kill each other and not notice me!) but I get caught up yet again...

In the end same pony B came back to try and kill me (Swoop you bastage!!! LOL! Great fight before then, but I mighta doggedly pursued you to your demise had I known you weren't really bugging out!)

It didn't end well, but I got some screenshots out of it. Was a great sortie, despite only 2 official kills.

The P-51 shots were all the same encounter. Let me know which angle/cropping you prefer! I was trying to have a little fun in the film viewer. I wish we had FOV back. That was really helpful.

I haven't seen another Rogent ....you should be able to get it back. Or do you already have another name

I was both Rogentx and Rogent. I won't be back in the game until I am working again, and who knows when that might be but hopefully soon. I will most likely come back under the same name, if not, who knows, maybe i'll make it something uncreative like Rogent2 or something.
