caldera was that me in the Spit 8 as thats the skin i use and was shotdown by an i16 about 2-3 days ago if not good screenie love it :) if so then the screenie is OK  :devil  :lol :rofl

Thanks, but that was a Seafire in the pic.  Only the second time that I've seen a Spit catch fire.  Fitting name for the plane in that particular case.  :devil
I was flying high cap over the CV.  :lol   Poor little fella never had a chance.

Chased a Dora around for 9 minutes until he met a similar fiery death:

And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."

In paint, click on "Image" button on the upper toolbar, and then click "Attributes" on the drop-down menu. Select "Pixels" under the "Units" area, then alter the "Width" and "Height" to match the resolution that your screenshot is. For example, my paint is set to 1280 by 1024 pixels. This way, it won't be necessary to crop anything out.

Nice flaming B-25 shots guys.  :aok

Is there something going on with the damage modeling?  Spits can catch fire now?  Usually their wings pop off and that's it.  Not that I'm complaining, I really like the new look:

If only every Spit XVI ended up like this.

Alright, two more and end hijack.

Brewster about to die.  Well he was about to die until a Corsair swooped in and one-passed me.

It looks better from this angle because I missed.  :)

Here my story of 'Buzzing the Bish Horde  :airplane: '

Iapologize how ugly my screen shots are, but if anyone wants to borrow any of them and make them purdy, by all means you have my say so I came across this huge horde (20 that I saw, plus more coming in) and decided I wanted to harass them little bit. I know I wouldn't have much time to shoot without one getting on my six. Here is the story.

:O huge big horde with lots of targets  :devil

I noticed some high ones but I firewall straight through em!  :rock

Evasive actions!

LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEROOOOOOY JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEENKINS!!!!

Pic1 -LA7 and I meet in deadly CV Ack Co-Alt: The fight begins!
Pic2- Avoiding his 20Ms on first pass
Pic3 – My chance on second merge; connect with small burst to his right wing. Spit is trying to work his way up to the deadly dance....
Pic4/5 – Third merge, he is getting his nose down on me, doesn’t look good for me…
Pic6/7 – Quick rudder/roll to left to get out of his gun sight, he misses!
Pic8 – Fourth and last merge; get solid fatal hits around his canopy and fuselage while 51-B tries to pick me (failed)
Pic9 – End of the fight. As my worthy opponent’s body and plane plummets to a watery grave, I attempt to escape and back to friendly base.
