Offline, God's Eye Mode

Is there a way to fly around the terrain, hover and look around without being in an aircraft?

For screen shots of objects and bases, towns etc.

Make sure you have tower god eye checked in settings ( arena settings - view mode flags ).Then press f5 ( by default ) and then use controls for your god eye mode.Make sure you have them mapped in control options.
