Click Ok to close the program or click Cancel to debug.

I tried installing AH in one of my friends' house and after doing it, that window poped right up. Any help on this?

Does your friend have a supported processor and does he have a Video card with a 3D chip?

He has a supported processor but not a 3D chip, is that the problem?

No 3D-chip?? (Sounds unlikely)
Could you specify what system your friend has?
I.e processor, RAM, graphics card.

It sounds like some type of initialization failure as the memory location you are referencing is a NULL pointer.

The DXDIAG output should help find the issue.

Yea man, his video card was the problem. He had a pretty old one and he changed it right away after I told him that the problem was related to his video. It now works! :D:D

Thank you for your help guys!
