I'ave downloaded a different sound pack to use in HTC, the problem is:
1.  I have changed the orginal sound files name.
2.  The program still defaults to the orginal HTC sound file.
Any suggestions?:( :noid

Make sure the new sounds folder is named Sounds & the old one is named something else or deleted.  Remember to delete your Cache folder.  It will rebuild the next time you play.  That should fix ya up.  Let us know.

Sound is still defaulting to the HTC sound.  I have deleted the orginal sound folder, deleted the cache file.  Did a reinstall and deleted the sound folder, deleted the cache file.  Installed the Mitusi sound pack and it still defaults to HTC OE sound.  I've done a search on the Computer for an other sound folder.  Done to be found - any suggestions?:( :noid

You are unzipping the new downloaded soundpack first, right?

Are you saying you put the new folder inside your Sounds folder?  Open up your AHII folder.  Delete your Sounds folder entirely.  Delete cache folder.  Paste your new Sounds folder inside your AHII folder.  That's the only folder it should be placed into, not any of the sub-folders inside your AHII folder.

That did it :aok  thanks so much USRanger.  It  is really frustrating what a subfolder can do.  I never did find the link to the HTC default sounds, but it works with the new sound pack by 'Mitsu' quite different from the HTC sounds.:noid :D
