Wow... this is very serious, Redman. You may not know it, but BearKats has poor vision and is legally blind, and in California a bill was passed (Prop. 438K, I think?) through the House of Commons 4 years ago prohibiting verbal abuse of the disabled. Depending on who this film gets to...... you could be charged with a misdemeanor felony.

Don't worry though, the penalty is only 2 years in prison, but you'll probably get a deal cut and only serve 6 months or so. Good luck!

reddman i belivie u. it happened to me before i let my 12 yr old brother play, ( cause he was crying i would'nt let him play) im gone for 5 mins and all i here in the spearker is cussing and a guy yelling so i go see what hes doing and hes laughing his oscar off. so i throw him out of the room, i try to calm the guy down hes still cussen at me, so i tell him the story. and after i tell him hes forgives me, and now my brother is sleeping with the fishys.(just kidding)

I'm very sorry, but I don't think that argument is going to work when you face the circuit court of the province of Calif. Tribunal... and that sort of attitude won't help you hold any belt loops in the Calif. penitentiary.

Edit: If you like, I can put you in touch with a great California lawyer who is used to handling abuse cases against the disabled.

Some people have a sick sense of humor... unfortunately many of them hang out on flight sim BBS's.

Probably the worst case of the abusive imposter I've ever seen was something that I recall from Warbirds days - IIRC someone had a friend or relative housesit while he was away, and the friend or relative used the cached passwords to autosign onto all of the bulletin boards the guy visited and post a notice that he'd died (I can't remember how).

I mostly remember the post when the guy came back and found out... so bottom line is your cousin let you off easy.
