Oh yeah, a mere mortal bringing about the End Times.

It's a bit silly to believe that a man can force the hand of God.  If you truly believe in God and Christainity then you must realize that you cannot precipiate the end.

And anyone that believes someone is trying to do also is pretty silly.

Hey, how come I don't have the option to send this to all my friends and family?  Something is wrong with that post.

That's not what Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell and Oral Roberts say. They say vote Republican and all will be just fine.

"A great industrial nation is controlled by it's system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the world--no longer a government of free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of small groups of dominant men." --President Woodrow Wilson

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies.  Already they have raised up a monied aristocracy that has set the government at defiance. The issuing power (of money) should be taken away from the banks and restored to the people to whom it properly belongs."--Thomas Jefferson, U.S. President.

"Most Americans have no real understanding of the operation of the international money lenders. The accounts of the Federal Reserve System have never been audited. It operates outside the control of Congress and manipulates the credit of the United States" -- Sen. Barry Goldwater

"This [Federal Reserve Act] establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the President [Wilson} signs this bill, the invisible government of the monetary power will be legalized....the worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill." -- Charles A. The plans that the democrats have for us will increase the tax burden on the middle class by $2000 a year by the year 2010.

Welfare programs are killing us.

environment is the new tax machine.. there are dozens of new taxes associated with the environment... who knows what they do with em?  "spill taxes"   "environmental surcharges" "disposal fees"   all taxes and no accountability.

the EPA is the new evil... it will make you look at the IRS like it is an old and trusted friend.

Wasn't the EPA one of Nixon's bright ideas?

Nixon signed it, (the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)) but as with all laws, congress wrote it.

yep...  and that should be a lesson to all of us.

No matter how good it sounds...

Never vote for any new government program or any democrat who will come up with em.

Even if you like the program at first... You won't like it after it is administered under a few different regiems and mutates into a big government power play.

When you vote for democrats you open the door for this kind of "well meaning" but horrible spending and loss of freedoms.

Oh, and btw... Liquor and Luxury taxes have been in the American Law books since the beginning.  They even sparked a few revolutions here and there (though not nearly enough).
