There isn't any way I know of, to take care of all the Cartel's that are now attacking us. Exploit just came through and flattened me, and a couple of others. I had some bucks saved back, but they robbed me blind while I was AFK for 5 hours. I was suprised the Butchers of Bagdad did'nt swoop in after Exploit was done. The biggest problem with this game, is the diplomatic aspect. One player by themselves' don't attack at one time; They wait until 5 or more are online to hit you. They take turns, and hit the outlying outpost's first. One thing too, is that the game is persistent, and Cease-fire cost's money. I don't believe in paying for this game, interesting as it is. Someone with a gamepass can cease-fire until the end of the round, building up all the time, and for the final 72 just sit back and start WMD'ing away.
