I can't believe that you would throw stephen colbert in the same ballpark with the likes of hillary and obama? "So left wing"? How dare you sir! Republican blood runs through his veins. Making statements like that only does one thing, it allows the terrorists to win. lazs, you are now number 2 on the list of things dead to stephen colbert, right behind bears. Moving on.
In all honesty Stewart has his best shows when they actually get serious. Because his left-wing views bleed through and in depth conversations take place, usually when he has a republican guest on his show. One of Stewarts best rescent shows was when he had John Bolton come on. Bolton stood firm by his views and fired back at Stewart a few times, was a great interview. Other times when stewart has a democrat on its just not worth watching, because he just panders to most of them. And with Colbert, i never watch his interviews because his act is in his reporting of the news(his version of it anyway). Colbert should either get some different guests or have Lewis Black or Stewart do his interviews for him. I agree that their expressions are a part of their humor, but Stewart does well to turn things in the media into good humor. Colberts humor lies more in his skits, but he does manage to make some good use out of journalism.
