That only work if you fly a slow plane, like a HurriII, if you fly a FW190 or a P51 with +300mph, its better to fly strait. If you attack a single aaa, simply keep strait on target, get lose and shoot it down, and wait untill the last round passed you, then move up. If you shoot and turn before the aaa is down and the last rounds passed you, its likely this last rounds will hit you.
I rarely get shot down, when only the 4-5 aaa´s between the runway and gangway are left and i attack them strait from the front. Then i often can shoot down all 4-5 aa´s in a row, if only 1 or 2 aaa´s are aside me, they will hit me. With the manned aaa´s its exactly like i say. They almost only will hit you if you make a strait attack, while it need bad luck to get hitted, if you turn over them.
Currently the aaa´s seems to have a extreme dispersion, while they should have a more slow reaction time.
A more exact gunnery with a higher reaction time would be the solution.
In this case the aaa´s would hit you if you fly strait, but every roll/turnmanouver would bring you out of the bullet stream.
In this case you would need a turning course while attacking a aaa, like its often used vs manned guns and GV´s. This of course need more skill and so the skill would play a more big role than luck.
Then we would need to destroy 1 aaa after the next to stay alife. Also more than one attackers dont would help. Currently 3 attackers can deack a base very fast and pretty safe, by attacking next to each other strait flying. I doubt this is realisitc.
