I got cyber sickness the first time I played Quake II.  Geez, it was horrible...headache, nausea ect.  I didnt feel right for like 2 days    I gave the game away.  
     It has to do with all that spinning around to view your environment.  Flight sims don't work like that, u just pan or snap view in them so they dont make ya sick.
