I would recommend starting out with "Fix the @#$%^&* collision system", and include mentions of how much more you get collided with by HOing no skill noobs who vulch each other to pad their scores (or are cheating) while you're unable to fly a better plane due to ENY restrictions, and cap it all off by saying how much worse the game is since the arena split.

For extra points, work in some mention about how uncapturable fields are ruining your squad cohesion, and how you're going to quit to play WW2OL, which is a much better game anyway.

That should get you started off on the right foot.
