The P38 pilots of S.A.P.P. want to thank all...
« on: May 15, 2007, 10:59:02 PM »
....the guys flying N1Ks, Franks and Zekes tonite for making SAPP's "Flaming Zeke" night a great success.

upwards of 20 38 drivers from all over got together under the SAPP banner to see how many Japanese birds we could get while flying Fester's new P3J skin as well as his P38G skin from the 432nd FS, 475th FG.

It was great fun.  Beginning to plan "burning Luftwaffe" night or "Oops we bounced the Soviet Air Force night" for the near future :)

Hey Dan!

Last of a dying breed

Snapshot tomorrow (Wednesday).  Frame 1 will have the planeset shown on the settings, frame 2, as an incentive to keep people around, will bring the P38 in and perhaps add the A6M5 and see if we can start a fight.

Tomorrow, SEA 10PM Eastern

Just sayin ;)

Come to think of it, we saw Zekes, N1Ks and Ki-84s but no Tonies.

Was good fun anyway :)

Humm didn't know about this, would have liked to have flown in it. I'm partial to the Zeek's and the Ki84's so I would have fit right in there. However I do like flying the P-38 and would have loved to have jumped in on this.

Do you have to be in SAPP to fly on the 38 side for this next event? I'd love to pick up some pointers by watching the P38 experts at work in the next one.

Crockett, ask dan when he is on to jump on squad channel. Its always a good time. Be advised they jump to the low numbers side.

Big to all you 38 dweebs that got me hooked. :aok

Now all i need is for work to slow down so i can fly.:(

If you want to fly a 38, just give a holler.  More 38 drivers the better :)

However is Silat offers you a chair next to him in the briefing room, just don't make eye contact, politely refuse and sneak out when he stops to look for where he placed his drink.
