Pyro has said emphatically, in game, that there will never be a mute for channel1. Not gonna happen guys. Your best bet is to identify who is clogging your buffer and .squelch them so you don't miss a six call.
BTW if you read this Pyro, a button in the roster page of the GUI akin to the "tune to" marked "Squelch" would make this process much easier.....
