Setup reloaded and functional

Setup has been reloaded and appears to be functioning normal.  I "believe" the countries are now correct.  Oldman will check it out to confirm when he gets the chance, but for now, the planeset is flyable. :)

Checked it, Duke fixed it, works fine now.
