Uhm... depends. What you want to find is a "McDojo". Fun, fitness, & self-defense. That kind of place. If they test for belts, it'd be a good place to setup business with. You know they'll have gatherings, tournaments, etc. Most of these places don't even actually teach legit self-defense, but for you, it's a good demographic to work. The kids division at any type of tournament could also work well for you. TKD, Karate, grappling, etc. The key is the frequency of them. iirc, there was 4 or 5 grappling tournaments just last month here in Texas.

"Fight" gyms (I train @ one), probably wouldn't do you too well unless they have children's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes or something to that effect. Wrong target audience unless you're actually at a tournament, taking a pic while they're winning. These are a much smaller minority than the number of McDojos out there though.

Avoid any "Ninja" school. Those people are on crack.

I'd have jumped on it already... but I'm a crappy photographer. :(

Everytime I need a reminder of what a crappy photographer I am, I just go to links like Fred Miranda (referenced in a post by Jigsaw today) .  Damn, some of those guys are just talent-stricken!

The key is to look for ways to improve upon and attempt to learn something new every time you go out and shoot.
