Nice fight, sir. White-knuckle teeth-gritting full-flaps Hog duel on the deck. If I hadn't gotten that shot when I did I was probably dead as I barely had the gas to get home on below-max-cruise power, and the other F4U was coming in hot (and a to the green plane for showing up when he did!)

Saxman!

That was definately a great fight, one of the best I've had in a while.  I knew I was in trouble when I didn't get you early with the CHog, as I just can't get that cinder block to fly/turn with a -1A, hehe.  By the end of the fight I was out of options.  I can get away with turning vs a -1A most of the time, but with a good stick in it I could see how it was gonna end.

The other F4U was very willing to let you RTB when he found out you were his CO, lol.  MEF4UD and I are old squadies and still enjoy winging up occasionally, thanks for "loaning" him out every now and again!

Sounds good.  Warlock always says that MntMan taught him a lot of great pointers flying the F4.  I may just hit ya up for some practice! :aok
