This would be a nice addition to the Soviet aircraft fleet

The Bell P-63 Kingcobra was an American fighter developed in World War II from the P-39 Airacobra in an attempt to correct that aircraft's deficiencies. Although the aircraft was not accepted for combat use by the USAAF, it was successfully adopted by the Soviet Air Force.

The P-63 had an impressive roll rate, besting the P-47, P-40, N1K2 and P-51 with a rate of 110° at 275 mph.

Unfortunately, we'd only get the P-63 if we get the P-39 first...and since P-39 lost out to the B-25/Ben Affleck dweebfanboys....

Oh well, I would have loved to see both of them ingame.

It wasn't, they didn't get that many to serve against Germany. See Red Stars vol 4 (Lend-Lease) by Geust & Petrov (ISBN 952502623X).

Actually, most of the King Cobras made went to the Soviet Air Force.  There was an agreement with America that the Russians not use the King Cobra along their western front against Germany, but they went and did it unofficially by many accounts.  
As Soviets tended to downplay the Lend Lease airplanes, and hype their home build aircraft, many accounts differ at that time, and the accuracy of those accounts comes into question.

As the Soviets took possession of 2,400 P-63's, chances are good that many ended up over Germany, agreement, or no agreement.

Fair enough, when we get it , skin it to resemble a standard Russian P-39 like the Russians probably did.  I want something on my desk in 2 weeks.
