Today marks the 63rd anniversary of the Allied Normandy invasion.  Please, a moment of thought for those heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice in the name of freedom.

Agreed.

I will watch the first 20 minutes of Saving Private Ryan and then put on The Longest Day.  The latter I have done for years.
