After 6 years of Saitek and a new owner of a CH Fighterstick....CH, hands down.
I could have owned 2 full CH HOTAS set-ups with the money I pissed away on the Saitek "cheap" stuff. You get what you pay for.

So true Max , I learned same lesson .

I did try that Thrustmaster stick in the store , seems ok , and if the hats last longer than a Satcrap then should be fine :) for a cheaper stick setup .

Exact same thing here but with Saitek. I rotate X45s. The hat switch is almost always the thing that goes.

Up until recently I'd put 80+ hours a month on the stick. So, I don't complain when it goes bad. And I wouldn't expect any stick to last more than 2years with that kind of usage.
Most of the people you meet in life are like slinkies. Pretty much useless, but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

CH made a believer out of me. i had some problems with underpowering form the usb bus so I bought a powered usb hub and the ch gear is smooth as glass and ultra precise. very fluid motion.

i loved sidewinders and ffb2 but this is better than them.
