just wishing that in the next patch, when we rip a wing off or blow up the plane, the metal pieces that hit you, would cause some damage. like if u have any wing armament, it would damage that, or give a oil leak.
   and if your like a point blank range, near a explosion, u could recievce some major damage, pilot wound, lose a wing, radiator damage, and if one of your fuel line is leaking, u burn or explode.

Some good ideas here, but they might be kinda hard to model.  I have some guncam films of guys having to dodge chunks they just shot off the other guys plane.

Go shoot someone at point blank range with a 109k4, Yak9t, or Hurri2D.

As far as the fuel leaks go I wouldn't mind seeing self sealing tanks modeled for the aircraft that had them.  Again something that would be hard to model but maybe just say if you take a fuel hit you lose 15 or 20 percent of that tank then it seals off.  It kinda stinks that everytime you take a fuel hit ALL the fuel drains from that tank.  I guess maybe we always get shot in the bottom of the tank or something.  Not a big deal normally, but fuel leaks suck arse in planes with one tank.  Again, it's all stuff that would be difficult to accurately model, but things to hope for down the line.
