Well I did a search looking for UDP/TCP and couldn't find what I was looking for. So here is the deal, I'm in Iraq on a sattelite internet connection. My ping rates to the server are like a 750+ but are constant and I'm usually able to play just fine but on certain days like today soon after I connect I'll lose UDP and switch to TCP. It also happens sometimes while I'm flying and most times I can still play o.k. on TCP but I do notice some lag, usually half a second after I pull the trigger
. Is there a way to setup your connection so that it will only use UDP or TCP? Or do I not want to do that? I'm just looking for a work around while I'm here, anyone have any ideas?
