From Business Week....it got cuaght on tape an american law firm advising american companies on how to game the immigration system to hire cheaper workers in america.

ha, i got laid off twice in two years so company's could outsource the art departments. Then some of the interviews i've done since seemed like complete jokes. Probably had nothing to do with this kind if tactics but this doesn't surprise me one bit.
