Skuzzy, proper driver for... ?
« on: June 30, 2007, 01:51:15 AM »
for this:

Geforce FX5200 64-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16814127181

I'm hoping it can perform at least maybe like my Ti4800 that died.

I know not up to sunff, but something to get me by for now as I am currently using an OLD MX220 in my system :rofl

BTW I have the 56.72 installed, that's what ran my Ti, and they are still running my MX

thanks in advance
I don't know what to put here yet.

61.77's would be best for that card.

It won't be as good as your old 4800. The 5000 series was a poor design, and the FX was a stripped down subset of that design (pretty much the ONLY subset available for 5000s anymore). It has a passive heatsink so that means it doesn't generate much heat (which means it doesn't have hardly any power).

It will probably run AH but keep an eye out for overheating or graphics artifacts.
