We have them already.

It comes in a fully revolving turret and is set on tracks so it can even move if you want it to.

As an added bonus, you get two free machine guns.

No perk cost.

No fuel burn.

What's not to like?

German 88mm FlaK36 towed artillery

Anti-tank gun, long range indirect artillery, and[/i manned puffy ack to 35K altitude.
