SheepBounty

While some may have called my current list unfair, ( To many "Nightmares" )
it was not picked based on squads, but more on just random CM's that participate in FSO's. Blame SLED he started this I think.

I don't want to take away or distract from the FSO experience, which IMHO is Strategy & Teamwork amongst squads.
Besides, who knows who's flying that 190D9 or P51D your closing in on anyway.

That being said, the rules for Sheepbounty are.... There are no rules. I am making them up as I go along. This is all for fun, but I do have some guidelines to add.

1. 9 players are hand picked by me at random before the start of an FSO event I host with 15 points on their hides.

2 If a player on the list does not make an FSO frame their sheepbounty points carry over to the next frame at full value.

3. If as a sheepbounty, you survive a frame. ie... land successfully or skillfully ditch without out a kill being awarded your sheep bounty point value lowers by 5 going into the next round.

4. If you are shot down during a frame your sheep bounty value will reduce  by 7 1/2 sheepbounty points going into the next frame.

5. Players who are awarded a kill based on the FSO logs get awarded your total sheepbounty point value for that frame. Assists do not count.

6. If a sheepbounty happens to be in a buff with formations each plane counts for that frames point value.

7. The player who tallies the most sheepbounty points at the end of frame  3 WINS!... what I don't know... but he/she wins.

8. Have fun with it..... don't take it seriously, and Happy Sheep Hunting.

Nefari    15 sheepbounty points- Absent points carry over

Sled      15 sheepbounty points- Absent points carry over

Roscoroo  15 sheepbounty points- Survives the frame

Dace      15 sheepbounty points- MiamiAce awarded 15 sheepbounty points

Knuckels  15 sheepbounty points- Survives the frame

APDrone   15 sheepbounty points- Survives the frame

MGD       15 sheepbounty points- Starke42 awarded 15 sheepbounty points

Rep0manX  15 sheepbounty points- Absent points carry over

So far, its a tie between MiamiAce and Starke42 with 15 points each.
Dont forget to check the MOTD in frame 2 for point value updates.

Actually, I'm really impressed. 4 out of the 6 who were there on Friday made it out wool intact, and MGD almost made it.

What goes good with lamb? hmmm... I'm gonna have to think about that one.

Its probably only entertaining to the CM staff.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the creativity.  Now, just imagine if you dreamed up something this creative that the players were interested in... Then we would be on to something..

FSO's are good lately, I'm not complaining, you guys are doing a bang up job.

But I'd rather see the creativity directed into something with teeth.

I never said this was a CM only deal... Its just the second one really..

Was only right to do it that way to get people interested, and have a little fun with this the first couple of times out of the box.

I think next time you should do something like put the bounty on squad C.O's, this way every squad is involved, just a thought.

But some may loose site of this just to save the squad CO.... Not that squad CO's arent fair sheepbounty...  they may be in the future.
I'd like to see this remain.... random... all about luck... you never know what your gonna get.

First, I'd like to "second" the nomination of KURT to sheepdom.  
Second, I'd like to suggest adding the "Top 3" kill scorers from each side from the previous frame to the "sheep" list; this might help KURT feel like it's less "elitist".

Oh yea... I like those ideas... I'm thinking maybe the top 3 kill scorers from each frame get the nod for the next FSO I host. Assists would be counted.  I toss a coin if its a tie..rock.. paper.. sisscors
Maybe even a restructuring of the ponts to make sure if a Sheepbounty gets  "Wolved" in the first 2 frames he at least has a 1 point value on his hide for the final frame.
I like how this is evolving:)
