Well not exactlly sure how I managed to do this, thought I had all the
water tiles at 0
but the ocean swells make a neat effect, kinda like a real ocean...lol

hehe, three choices, let the TE find all the water not zero and adjust them, re-export the bitmap and carefully paint all the water as black, or re-run tilesetter but that's probably not what you want.

Just looks too similar to terrain shading. The terrain is shaded in the distance with fog so that it doesn't just drop off. This fog could be having a weird affect on your system, yet looks normal to others.
