I love this show, always wanted one of these... problem is you've got to be about the size of Skuzzy to fit in one.

Oh, and there are rumours that America will get its own Top Gear series, with the same presenters based on the British show...

Poor Lada.
BTW, my first car was a Lada 1600. You could drive that one over potholed roads at insane speeds, an on the Asphalt I got it to 170 kph!
Anyway, this is a goodie:

It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

Last night the BBC showed the Top Gear polar special where thet took a Toyota hilux to the North Pole (magnetic) with Clarkson and May in the truck racing Hammond on dog sleds. Absolutely brilliant. There were trying to prove that you could go to the North Pole in luxury. At one stage they were drinking Gin and Tonics (with ice) while driving across the ice cap.

But it was tough and you could really see it in their faces towards the end as they dug out the Hilux for the umpteenth time.
