How did they kill 46 german AC if they wernt allowed to fly over enemy territory?

Ummm...how can you get 46 confirmed kills on the ground of German aircraft when you can't even fly over German territory?

Yeah, but the more obvious answer is that they couldnt have possibly strafed german aircraft on the ground if they were not allowed to fly over enemy territory.

What about the Ju-390? There was only 1 prototype and 5 planes were made but it still was used against the russians as a last resort but failed.
Sry i wish i could add a photo of it but i cant find a way to add it

although I don't normally fly Japanese planes, I am sure it would be nice for the regular ones to fly something different
