Please Help!!!!!
« on: July 06, 2007, 10:37:11 PM »
I GREATLY appreciate any help you can give me.

I am not familiar with this game. To make a long story short, I reformatted my general manager's (u can see why I am desperate) computer. He went to install this game (He LOVES to play it, he will be so HAPPY to have it fixed) and he gets this error.

He says he has downloaded the latest video drivers from ati, has windows updated, and obviously has a clean computer. What can it be? How can this be fixed? It does this everytime.

He has already tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and same thing happens every time.

THANKS SO MUCHF OR UR HELP!!!!

Hardware/software forum or tech support will get you more help and fewer flames.

Along with what you've posted you need system specs. IE exactly what hardware is in the box including motherboard, cpu, ram, video and sound cards, etc.

If you don't know I suggest you do a google search for Belaric Advisor.
Its a quick download, does a minimal install then displays all the above info plus lots more about software, etc in a browser window.

Then you need to go to Start, Run type in dxdiag click ok.
If he has a problem it might show up in there.

Generally speaking if he doesn't have a fairly modern video card with 128 mb of ram your probably going to have problems. AH also needs working sound card and a reasonably decent internet connection.

If all else fails, look up the Hitechcreations web site and contact Skuzzy. He IS the man.
