Not nice to lie to a judge, especially on Cape Cod. This tool will be spending some time in Cedar Junction, which is a "no joke" kind of facility. He'll wish he had just answered his questions honestly.

i have been a witness, expert witness, and served on a jury, it was interesting, you will find out that real trials are not like what you see on TV.

but, if he says he is a lier and lies, can he be charged with perjury?

Its so easy to get out of jury duty you have to be a moron to get caught.

This is really strange but I walked in the door today and guess what? got County juror questioner in the mail.

I am normally on the witness stand when in court, but I cant pass up the $25.00 a day, so I will be there with bells on:)

I know I will not be seated...know too many of the players.

I told the judge I was classist predisposed to dislike certain others and wouldn't be fair or objective. I was thanked and excused. The only place this dude blew it was admitting he might not be telling the truth responding to the bench, had he stuck to his story, he should have been excused without incident.

I've been involved in cases where a few black folks stated they didn't trust or like "white cops", they were thanked and excused as well.
