I think I figured out why it won't work, but I'll post it here, just so you guys can laugh at me...

People run a lot of gaming programs on WIn98 due to the tiny amount of system resources the OS uses. However, your machine is lacking in every place listed. I have extremely high doubts that the game would run even if you could get the rest of the problems out of the way.
