I have studied some Russian, but my Russian is limited.

The books my friend Gary from Minsk sent me and I returned (I gave him some of mine, he gave me some of his, we returned the rest 20 years ago, do you read other threads on this board or just read what you want and post...i.e. "I hate Russia"?) were in ENGLISH.  Did the USSR print books in ENGLISH?  YES....a gigantic NO KIDDING!  REALLY?
