Not to be rude, but I knew a girl who went to Israel before the recent attacks by Hezbola (They don't deserve to have their name spelt right) but she said almost everyone carries a gun. Is that true? If so then I fit right on in with naked girls and everyone carring a gun!

I would like to visit Israel though, it looks very nice and the people look nice to. Not to be rude just a quick joke, but I now see why the Muslims hate Israel and want it, beautiful beaces, homes, and women :aok

I live in the town of Bodø in Norway. Bodø is Norway's "Fighter Town" with most of our air force stationed here. We also have the National Aviation Museum here. So you might guess I'm living in the perfect town for my aviation interests! :)

to vowhoo just about all of the population of israel that is between 18 -23 is in the military and many who are in the military for their whole working lives, i imagine this figure to be about 30-40 % of the population and yes they all carry guns ;) sadly not all the girls are naked but many very beautiful women here. and alot of diversity in population.

WOW bautiful city viking that looks awsome esecially the sr 71 and the meuseum, you are very fortunate to live in a city with such a great muesuem

the church looks impressive too. is it very cold up there? must be huh.
have you talked to nilsen in person i think hes from that same area as well.

Thanks! I've always wanted to visit Israel and all the historic cities and sites there. One day... :)

Yes, land of extreme temperatures. It's because in the summer the sun literally never goes down. It's shining 24/7. And during the winter it hardly comes up over the horizon at all.

Bodø is at 67°17’ north. Harstad, where my father lives, is about 300 kilometres further north.

I'm no farmer, but we grow most things here. Potatoes, strawberries, grain etc. No apples or oranges though.

You guys live in some great places, nice pics Viking, evenhaim, makes my little backwater spot drab by comparision. But I've been around the world three times courtesy of Uncle Sam, and wouldn't trade my mundane existence for anything.
