Its a legit picture.

The ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) required them to move the wing since the tail gunner was so overweight.

  Dang, when I zoom in on the patch it gets grainy.  Where did you find it?  Almost looks like it could be from the Tarantula Team here at Ft. Irwin....
