Hello all, and to the point.

I'm an old timer back out of retirement and recently back paying the 'man' for my flying time (well worth it). Now this next bit is not meant to offend but it probably will.

I'm looking for a squad / group of people that fly GMT, I like my Eastern European and American friends but when I fly I want to fly with the same guys and a bunch of people who'll have planned events too, so anyone out there? Or can anyone point me inthe direction of a previous post that this might be answered already?

Well, if you're from the UK the squads I'd suggest looking into would be the 71st Eagle Squadron (think RedTop is the CO, but has many UK members), or, I believe...  "The Few" is another squad with players around your way.

Either one has good sticks and nice people, so you can't go wrong

The 71st flys knight and your more then welcome to tag along anytime and "try us on for size". We almost always have a few guys on and sometimes 15 or more....squad vox is 171....tune in and say hi anytime.

As Vudak rightly pointed out  if your looking for a GMT squad "The Few"  are mainly British with some europeans.  We don't like Americans because they are mean .    Our website is out for re-development at the moment.

Usually we fly Rooks but we aren't country specific and will swap now and again tune 119.  We use ventrilo for voice comms and your welcome to jump on.  

We do a bit of everything and have around 20 guys.  Ever since I started the squad over 4 years ago in a different game the aim has always been to have as many Brits in the same squad as possible.  We have a great laugh when playing so I hope you catch up with us at some point.

The Few are a bunch of great flyers and likely lads.  at present 71 squadron is close to maximum numbers so you should check out Bruv and Kazaa's squadron first, you might not need to look further but you should feel free to ask around and find a group that suits your gaming interest best.

There are some great flyers in the few, and the 71st. As Batfink said tho, fly with whoever, fight with whoever.....then come and join the Few fella.....lol...ok, so I 'm a little biased.....(errr..ok, a lot biased)...

Yea the few is always a laugh and have good sticks who like to do anything including bombing, being gv dweebs, taking fields, vulching, cherry picking and FURBALLING!

Only bad thing is they've got this a**hole named RumbleB!!! (but I hear he's a stud)
