I have CH controllers..pedals,throttle,and stick. everything is working great except for the rudders. they work ,just will not stabilize .

i have calibrated them in windows and in AH.

in AH i have played with dampers and all setting i can find. The numbers , when i look at the selected device( in the AH box that has all the axis numbers)do not stay still..they fluctuate,not a ton but some,dont know if this helps,the other devices dont do this or at least very little.

windows xp,all ch stuff..not using ch control manager.

Are you using a powered usb hub? I know from previous posts that unstable CH gear (joystick IIRC) became rock solid after the use of a powered usb hub. It couldn't hurt the powered hubs are like $10.

i had a similar problem with the left brake pedal. i had to keep a lot of pressure on the pedal to keep the brake from not turning on. i took the cover off and "adjusted" the pot with a pair of pliers. haven't had a problem since.

Try going into a gunner position in a bomber, in an on-line war with actual enemies. Try and gun inbound bogies and see if you get excessive plane shake when tracking with the gun. Most of all top left to low right, and top right to low left.

He is talking about the Z axis.

They now have new drivers on their website although I didn't try them, but show the same issues.

Not sure if this affects the performance as it is only moving a tiny tiny bit.

My problem is my brake pedal is always on a bit. When I contacted them, they admited that there is a batch out there, several thousand in fact, that are faulty and if they can not be perm calibrated via their new driver setup - will have to be RMAed.

Personally, I'm not happy with them. Ive been flying with them for 2 months now and do nowhere near as good as I did with a good twisty.

sincraft, just take off the pedal cover of the brake that's always on. there is a pot in there, take it out and adjust the tabs on it a little. i had mine plugged in and watch to see when it was at 0. then i put it back in. havn't had a problem since.

Or for the brake always on a little, put a cd case under the heel of the pedal, calibrate and problem solved
