plane or UFO? looks like it changes it's angel of descent just before it hits the ground. Perhaps to try and pull-up the nose. Meteors don't bounce.

It's not a UFO or a plane but what? Maybe some kind of test article, missile, ordnance, drop tank? The video is well placed and was probably set up to catch the image.

I imagine a bit of searching on the net will reveal the truth.

just as the ground comes into view at 00:01 sec. you can see it change direction, as if it's being controlled.  You can see it best by looking at the trail it gives off.

It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)
