Oh come on! You still have flaps, elevators, rudders, both sets of tail flight surfaces!

That's like a dream landing for you! :lol

Only time I do a wheels down landing is on the CV and at a Port ... otherwise ... it's a waste of time ... and I have unlimited planes in my "special" hanger.

Oh .. and I use Auto-Takeoff .. unless the CV is turning.

I agree with Slapshot. Only, if I'm damaged I'll use 'em. If I'm coming in too hot and can't go around (eng dead, for example) or if I'm wounded, and need to stop quickly.

It's much more fun to land with gear down. Oh, and safer, too (er... just.. not for Guppy...)

There was no time for that.  I thought about rudder stirring to bust up the gear but I was too close to the end of the runway already and still would have skidded off so I just planted the nose.

I "belly land" all the time. I'm practicing for those anti-vulch combat landings I enjoy so much. :) Plus, roll outs bore me.

Landing gear is a crutch for the weak. You pro-wheel dorks should use those struts to hold your heads up, because you're a bunch of spineless score weenies, panicked by the thought of not landing your kills for your obligatory round of "WTFG!"s, even though you likely got all your kills vulching or ganging.

Maybe if you could get any kills to land you would not be talking like that :rofl

No...

Completely out of line your pilot wasnt even scratched, had you had a pilot wound this would have been OK..

BTW.... Did you actually land that or did it just drop out of the sky and fall onto the CV

:lol :D
