Try doing it from a 0k start field, not a 190k drop.

Try doing it with standard fuel burn.

Try doing it without the additional help of wind.

They only way to break the speed of sound is to exploit the game, IMO.

HTC never intended for it, because they haven't modeled the stresses of it.

Krusty, fuel burn is irrelevant on ME-163's. Even if fuel burn is set at 0.000, the rocket fuel on the ME 163 always burns.

If you notice, hes in the TA. Thus, no wind or fuel modification. Heres my shot.

Started at the 15-20k (dont remember) airstart bombing feild. By the way, you cant take off in an Me-163 from a 30k airfeild, the TAS will get to 200 MPH (and you crash) before the IAS gets high enough to takeoff.

hey motherland, you should try takin an SBD or D3A off the 30k field. we tried rolling them off the cliff side for 30 mins and the most we got into the air was a cockpit and right wing root.

The 163 rides so low its an automatic death. Im surprised the D3A cant get up, I always thought getting it off the ground was rather easy.

I've been to ludicrous speed.:D

Just not in AH2.
