I thought Foxworthy did the "sign" thing? I seem to recall him on the radio long before I heard of Engval.

Nope, Engval started the "here's your sign" thing.

Well they sort of have similar voices. All I know is I first heard it on the radio many a year ago (before this new-fangled TV tour thingy) and thought it was Foxworthy. My mistake.
