Can't go to arena.

have been playing the game with no problems until last night. I lost UDP and was disconnected, I attempted to relog and found the arena page had no pings. I picked one and nothing happened. I rebooted same thing. I downloaded over the install still the same. I uninstalled the game and re-downloaded samething on the arena page there are no pings next to the arenas like there not there.
 
Fire wall is off
internet is connected and working.
I made no changes to the computer.
 
any suggestions would be appreciated

Just ran a ping to the arena here is what I found I had 100 packet lose
at HTC  206.16.60.39. I saved the ping plotter but can't seem to put it on here.

My problem is much the same as the post above this. got booted and can't get back in but with me its all arenas.

We dont really need two late war arenas anyway, one is plenty
