82nd BS B-25H
« on: December 26, 2008, 10:06:59 AM »
Lyric1 found me this photo of an 82nd BS, 12th BG B-25H named "Silver Lady". The 82nd operated B-25s in the Med from mid 42 to mid 44 as part of the 9th and 12th Air Forces. From mid 44 they were transferred to the 10th Air Force in the CBI theater and flew from India against the Japanese.

Very nice!!!!  :aok
Afk for a year or so.  The name of a gun turret in game.  Falanx, huh?
Apparently I'm in the 20th FG 'Loco Busters', or so the legend goes.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I remember being frustrated after I'd finished my first B-25H that almost all of the interesting schemes I could find were for the C,D,G or J. Lyric1 has found me some really good ones for the H though.

Seeeeexy.
Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.
