I doubt any music can be fed or sanctioned by HTC because of copyrights. HTC is a business. That is complicated even more because players are located around the world. Even current commercial internet radio sites based in the US are being forced to block users from non-US IP addresses because copyright and royalties are locally administered.
Of course, I don't speak for HTC. Nice idea, but I don't see much chance of it happening.
I don't think 68TAZZ was talking about an "HTC Radio". From what I get, it would be more along the line of an internet radio station like "live 365". He would make his own station, and formate it with the info and music he wanted. As for copy right stuff, he doesn't have to mention anything about HTC, but I don't see where haveing free "advertizing" would be a problem with HTC. A call the HTC's offices might be a good idea, but even with out HTC's blessings it could still happen.
As far as band width, I use Live 365 at work all the time and have never noticed any problems, and most of my work involves sending a receiving data from the home office.
