Just a heads up, don't tap your right foot while taking a dump in a public bathroom stall, turns out it is a signal that you want to engage in lewd homosexual conduct and you may be subject to arrest.

LOL.  I read the police report.  He also rubbed his foot against the officer's, and ran his fingers along the bottom of the stall wall and reached into the officer's stall.  I don't see him weaseling his way out of this one.  Considering the fact that HE ALREADY PLEAD GUILTY.   :eek:

when I read the news yesterday all it said was tapping the foot...and of course the only reason he plead guilty was to hurry up and pay his fine and get out of court
