Actually he's a Libertarian, but he is registered as a Rep for his own reasons?

of course... he can't win.   The best we can hope for is that he resonates so much...or.. that he finishes high enough in the primaries (like 3rd or so) that the republicans see the writing on the wall and adopt a more libertarian stance.

The worst thing is if he gets mad and runs as an independent... because.. that would only help the democrats and their menopausal nanny state.
