Road rage...er.....drive by....er..I need to report a shooting

So there I was following a C205 out over the water, about 3.5K out when all of a sudden he bailed out.  

Being a good citizen I drove by to see if I could help.  And the bastage took a shot at me with his pistol!



So I turned around, went back and I shot em.....Where do I turn myself in?

Absolutely.  He shot first.  Couldn't believe it when the shot banged off my 38 from his 45.  The nerve of em!

Knowing your 38s, it is a wonder that you didn't lose 1 engine, half a wing and get a fuel leak all from that one .45 shot.

Last week I was sitting in my Spitfire, about to take off. I heard a pinging noise, so I was waited a moment, and the same noise happened. Next thing I know, I have a pilot wound. I look over to my left, and there is a bailed out pilot about ten feet from my cockpit shooting at me.
I had to laugh, but took off quickly, swept back round and strafed him.
