Mmm making the dog animated for me would be a stretch doubt I could do it. What I can do Is take your avatar and morph them together per say. So you would have thh A and the K and the shield with your Animated dog.

Here is what it would look like with the different colors.

Looks much shaper with the new colors imop

I'm just tossing around Ideas is all.

Edit I can still tweak the Bulldog to make it look smother per say.

I need help with the avatar I'm trying to make.  I have resized all the pics to 80 x 80, but some of them have a big white section on them now.  How do I fix that??  I'm using UnFreez to make them, and using Microsoft Picture it to resize.  Is there a better way because when I try to resize them, they come out to like 80 x 51, 80 x 46, and such.  First time trying, any help would be great.  Thanks in advance!!

Nice work Bearkats.  I like it.  In my opinion it would be much better if you made the red of the dog a little lighter so the features of the face would pop a bit more.  With the deep dark red it is tough to see the detail of the picture like you could in your previous posts where there was no color.  More of a cartoon type red like Clifford the big red dog.  I know that sounds stupid for me to know that, but my 2 year lod son loves that cartoon.  Just a thought, but I think it turned out awesome.  AKdogg must think so also because he is already using it.
