Grid Coordinates on clip board maps
« on: September 13, 2007, 09:35:22 AM »
Would help bombing and attack missions coordinate their attacks on bases and towns.  i.e. bomber #1 hit this grid @ A1 town #2 hit that grid and so on.

:aok
They call it "common sense", then why is it so uncommon?

When I'm in a bombing mission we always say "***** you hit E side of town, ***** you hit W side and I'm going up the middle", or "*** you get smal pad FH's, and *** you get big pad". This usually works best.

I was talking more or less about an aid for less experienced pilots.

I just tell them "bomb the town" or "bomb the FH/BH/VH" and then tell them what hangar's are the FH/BH/VH. :)
