Bops, this is the trade off for working around the squad constraints- that tuned channel is not your channel- unless the guy is abusing his comm privs, reporting him could be considered abuse of that feature, and you might be the ones to get the boot instead.

However, if it really is Patriots, yeah, the guy's always been a sweetheartbag to me. You're probably safe to just mass report him.

To answer your question.  If I was kicked out on bad terms I would not look back but seek a new group to fly with.  I would learn from my mistake and fly with those who like what I like and to make sure I would not join a squad too hastily.

If I was kicked out of a squad I would immediately go to the other country, start a new squad with a similar name and ruthlessly hunt down my previous squads mates and kill them without mercy.  Then I would ridcule them on 200, take creen shots and come post them on the BBS.

Here's a clue for the squad in question:  Secretly change your tuned (not squad) vox channel and only tell your members.  Maybe he'll eventually find it but something tells me the ADD will kick in and he'll forget after about 30 or so.
